Following are what people have these boot knives say.
I bought a Survival Boot Knife from Schrade last year. It is still as good as it came. Excellent tool and does what it supposed to do.
This MTech military pocket knives are great. I use it for everything. Sometimes as a boot knife, sometimes as a neck knife. I even use it at home for gardening etc. Cool knife to have.
I am a fan of smaller knives. The Tactical Warrior military pocket knives (or you can call it a tactical pocket knife) are really my favourites. You can use it as a multi tool. It can not only cut but do variety of other things. Spaces in between are also very useful. Black Anodize 440 Stainless Steel is a good choice for this type of knife. Can say the same about ABS handle and the Sheath.
My favourite boot knife is the Schrade Survival Boot Knife. It is a Drop Forged knife. Made by High Carbon Steel and it's Spear Point Blade is an excellent equipment for carving. I use it a lot for wood carving while on a camping trip.
Why don't anyone use a boot knife as a safety weapon? I do. Why let cow boys have all the fun :)
